I follow him on Twitter and he really is all about ND. He was talking to Malik about how being at ND would be worth it despite knowing he would be homesick. Malik told him that he would make sure that him and Onwalu would be hanging out.

Pretty sure high school kids are still free to move about the country and hang out with whoever they want. Notre Dame can't fund it or otherwise be involved, but what authority could the NCAA possibly have to tell kids that are going to go to school together that they aren't allowed to hang out?
