In that post-Oregon update, the coach seemed to have basically no idea what direction Folston is leaning, if any. He liked the visit, he might take more visits, might not, who knows.
The recruiting media is grasping at straws interviewing that guy. I'm not sure he knows anything.

There is a small update on the oregon 247 site with nothing of real value. Like GITF said its his coach giving the interview. One interesting note is his coach speculated that he might be done with visits(meaning that ND and Oregon would be the only visits) but then went on to say that he's in no hurry to decide.

My read is that he is favoring ND, but his coach is smart enough to not show his hand and not offend anyone.

Unless one of the 2 rb's Oregon has on board decommits I just don't see folston going to Oregon. He would be the 3rd Rb in his class. Can't see many high profile kids wanting that.

He may have offers from them ... the same way Khalfani Muhammad has an offer from us. I believe FSU and Miami have targets on the board higher than Folston (Alex Collins for FSU; Greg Bryant and Derrick Green for UM). Not sure about UF ... full maybe? ALLGATOR can tell us.
In any case, the issue is that Folston can't commit to any of the Florida schools, but may get a spot depending on what those schools' other targets do.

FSU- only wants Collins right now but they could still be talking to Folston
South Carolina is looking at David Williams & Greg Bryant
Auburn is looking at Derrick Green & Greg Bryant
UT is looking at Derrick Green & will have a new staff
Folston is on the wait and see list.
This is actually good for ND because all of these schools could fill up leaving Folston with no choice but USF and ND. He is a very good football player and in typical years he would have commitable offers from most of the schools in the south, just not this year.

Did it say he was making the rounds because he was invited or he's making the rounds to see where he stands with each school? My gut feeling is the latter and he's starting to feel like his window of opportunity is closing and he needs to make a decision before he gets left out in the cold and has to settle for a school low on his list.
I might be wrong. Like I said, just a feeling.

I don't know, but I heard he's having trouble getting attention from the big schools in Florida because of guys like Greg Brian, Ryan Grant and Alex Cullens.
