The link didn't work. Can you post it?
It wasn't a link, he was underlining for emphasis.

Just saying that if I were a Heisman voter the facts that we do know would impact my vote.

The articles I've read have said things like, "Winston denies involvement" or something to that effect and mention that she initially identified her attacker as a man between 5'9'' and 5'11''. I definitely had the impression that he was denying having sex with her, but maybe I missed it.
According to this, he has not yet publicly denied having sex with her, nor has he admitted it:

If she had been drinking, I could see where she would miss the boat on the height.
The lengths to which this girl is trying to remain anonymous is unlike most false accusation cases though.
She is even refusing to be contacted by anyone except through counsel, and is trying to use the Rape Shield Law to block any information about her.
exactly! but i'm sure some how her name will mysteriously get leaked
Again, not dismissing rape or the severity of it....but too often we jump on the bandwagon on a damaging term that can, literally, ruin a young mans life.

I believe I read some where her blood alcohol level was .23......if true she was haaaaammmmmered.
"Voice" is commonly used to describe someone's writing style.
None = not one. It's singular. "Of them" is a prepositional phrase modifying "none"; the subject of the verb "are" is "none," not "them". So "None of them is older than 22" is actually correct. Verb agreement with "none" is a very common error that I see all the time, even in legal docs.
I thought I had read that her blood test showed no remnants of alcohol.
If it was a .23, Winston would probably be in bigger trouble as it'll get into the "too drunk to agree" dealio.
Regardless, how would they know it was a .23? Seems like you'd need a blood test very soon after the fact to determine that.

I thought I saw somewhere that she went immediately to the hospital because of the alleged rape. Wouldn't they take her blood there?

She did say that in her statement, that she went immediately to get checked out.
So wait a min...she had a .23 BAC and had the clairity to go to the hospital? But didn't have the mind to consent to sex?
Isn't it kind of inconsistent to say that someone is of frame of mind to get to hospital because they believe they had been raped, but when it comes to making a decision about sex, they couldn't have known better because of the level of intoxication?
That would lead me to believe that she MUST have had someone with her that can at least verify her story, no?
Just a thought.
But Buster is right...he's screwed if they determine she was that drunk at the time of the alleged rape.
I am pretty confused on the alchol part for the girl. I have seen both sides: 1) she didn't have alcohol in her system and 2) she was really, really drunk.
The fact that she was cognizant enough to go to the hospital makes me think she was not drunk. But who really knows .......
