Winston deserves a nice, long suspension. He's skated through a number of fuck ups up to this point, he deserves the hammer finally. After the Ray Rice stuff I'm sure the NFL doesn't want to appear lax with Winston here. You look at these players in college like Manziel and Winston, and you wonder what NFL execs are thinking when they get drafted...why would you try and build your franchise with these guys? It's decisions like this that turn you into the Browns or Bucks.

Are we sure about the bolded? I'm not sure it's ever been proven. Perhaps he took a lot of shop classes in high school, or maybe he had someone do the work for him.

[EDIT] I guess he got a 27 on his Wonderlic. He's not Andrew Luck smart, but he's not Vince Young/Terrell Pryor dumb, so that's respectable. He's certainly proven he doesn't have an ounce of common sense, maturity, or character though. You're spot on there.
