    Was not meant to be a snipe ... Really an acknowledgement that his position may be more worthy of thought than I gave it credit for or at least this is a important moment for all of us and the conversations we are surely going to have. I talked with praet and he suggested I edit, which I did, but it was more recognizing the gravity of the moment ... Not good in this thread ... I agree. So thanks for the rep and msg.

    Long way before all that happens though. Miss St always plays us tough so I expect a dog fight there... no pun intended. The Irish will be fine as long as they don't "struggle" the next two weeks. Get to Stanford (who needs to keep winning) and then beat their as*. That's the best outcome for the Irish... then line up and play whoever if you can get in the four team.

    Yup, would have been nice if we didn't drop those last two TDs in garbage time to Pitt with our backups in, would have been nice for the style points. Your Tide were very impressive Saturday. I thought they would do a good job bottling up Fournette, and they more than delivered there. I expected you guys to make LSU one dimensional, Harris' arm isn't enough to beat good teams. If you guys make the playoffs as I expect you to, and we manage to beat Stanford and get in, I hope we don't have to face you. I say that with respect, because your team is still scary good when they come to play.

    GT/FSU was spectacular. Sitting in the middle of a bunch of FSU fans to boot. Only second time I've had front row (1st was Clemson) for a CFB game. 2 for 2 on excitement!! Bama/UT was a surprise to me. All the Vol's losses a TD or less... oh what could have been... They should be in control of the East right now.... Already looking forward to next season when my Vols take it too your tide :)

    I think Kareem has potential to be really good. Hope he keeps developing and if so, he should be a player for your Irish. Same with Fromm for us. Thanks for letting me know.

    Well, we definitely need someone to pass rush. By the way, that QB Jake Fromm lives in the same town as I do. I will let you know if I hear anything, but I already heard he was a kind kid from one of his peers.

    Yeah it was a really nice win, i just caught the quick 2 mins highlights of the Bama-Ole Miss game. Can't wait for Rebels' comeuppance to happen, there is just now way they are running a clean program there. Best of luck for rest of season mate!

    Will be interesting to see how the QBs play in our game. I think both defenses are good enough. Just don't know about the QBs.

    Agree on the Irish game. Somehow I think the Irish find a way to pull it off and then I will enjoy reading all the naysayers out here explaining that they had the "faith" all along. Same with the Bama crowd. If they win, the gumps will really show up on the Finebaum scene.

    Bama has some work to do with ole miss. I don't buy the rebels, especially without Tunsil in the lineup.

    I think Va will be better but you guys should handle them pretty well. I like their coach but I am afraid that their coach is going to start feeling some heat. Bama plays Middle Tenn State. Why? Who knows. Can't stand games like that.
