  • Should be a good one. Our strength against theirs. Let's get it on. Beat Texas as well. I think you guys win by at least two scores.
Hope you guys crush Wisconsin. Not a big fan of the Badgers, their division is completely filled with cupcakes aside from Nebraska, and even Nebraska isn't as good as they used to be.
Yeah I hear ya. No reason to not be playing P5 teams in your OOC schedule. the SEC needs to go to nine games, forget the neutral site games, and get some great home and home games going. Sadly, I don't think that will happen.
Don't get me wrong, I have issue with some SEC scheduling, especially non D1 schools, but honestly I wish we'd schedule a few more UMASSs early in the season. When all is said and done, and SOS comes out, there are always SEC teams in the top 10.
What's up bud? On Bama, I think they lose 2 maybe 3 games this year. They have the talent but I don't like how the schedule plays out and I think Coker gets the nod at QB over Cornwell. If Coker plays close to his potential, we could maybe scrape by into the SECCG. If he struggles I am afraid Wonder Boy don't hook him soon enough in the hopes our defense bails him out. I think the Irish are set up to have a really good year. A favorable schedule outside USC after Navy. You guys should push to be in the conversation if you don't drop an unexpected game.
LOL... as always. But you can't put lipstick on their pig of a schedule this year compared to Bama's and they know it.
I don't really know where I stand on the issue. Part of me is happy when we can win against ESPN, part of me believes that disclosure prevents big problems down the line. Either way, good to have you back and I hope you give us some outsider analysis as the year goes on.
Tommy. Hate to see you go, man. I have really enjoyed you being here with us lowly ND fans. You brought a ton of insight to many discussions about football. And, although we almost never agreed on anything political, I have a lot of respect for not only your positions, but your civility and even handedness in representing them. I hope you drop in now and again to say hi. Only for you my friend, I say Roll Tide.
seriously man don't go! this place needs some outside perspective. I am genuinely bummed you won't be posting on here :( Come back soon for sure. lemme know if you have twitter or anything like that
Don't go man! A lot of us enjoy you here and really value your opinion from a different perspective. I'm definitely one of em. Anyway...do what you gotta do and good luck. Hope to see you back.
I hear ya. I'm all for them joining regardless, as I have a growing feeling of disdain for how deeply rooted that money is in the game. I'm an idealist I suppose. Oh well. I've watched maybe 3 ND games this year, the 2 bands I'm in keep me far too busy.
lol... I like our chances against the teams remaining. I also give FSU a much better than average shot to beat Oregon. They are way more physical and if Jimbo game plans right and claw boy doesn't turn the ball over, I think they beat the Ducks. It's ok to be a part time Tider... I am a part time Irish fan.
I'll be rooting for Bama from here on out. Everyone else would be ascending to the throne while Bama would simply continue keeping their seat warm. We don't need any other powerhouse programs to compete with so as much as it pangs me to say this.... ROLL TIDE
    K
I really hope Bama wipes the floor with OSU. Any victory would be great, but a whooping would make my life in Columbus much better. Best of luck, ROLL DAMN TIDE!
Thanks, T Town. Much appreciated. Things appear to have calmed down some cause we had some weather roll through, but you never know. God bless.
