The Athletic Football Show just had their first draft preview and Dane Brugler has CJ Carr as his 3rd ranked QB going into the season. However he did speculate that CJ might pull a Dante Moore and stay in college another year

Cardinals could be the worst team in the NFL this year. Miami will be bad too.
If the Jets or Browns finish 1-2 in the draft order and he's projected to be picked that high, he should come back for another year.

I know it's a meme at this point to shit on the Browns but he'd be much better off getting drafted by the Browns than all those other bottom feeders. Our young talent is actually pretty stacked, we just happen to have the worst QB room in the league.

Browns maybe could be turning a corner. I don't think the Browns will be bad enough to be drafting in the top 3, defense is too good and there are to many other bad teams. Cardinals, Dolphins, and maybe the Jets and Titans will all be competing for the top pick.
