Makes me like Coach Elliot even more. And gives me a new found respect for ISU football players. I couldn't pick Deon Broomfield out of a line-up, but its refreshing to see a young man react to some upsetting, but not uncommon, news with a modicum of maturity and perspective. Good on ya, Deon!

For those that didn't catch it, Elliott was Cook's position coach at Iowa and Diaco was a grad assistant while he was on the staff.

Funny that all our defensive coaches will now be former Iowa players.
