This appears to not be totally accurate:

Payton isn’t sure when he’ll make a final decision, saying, “We’ll see after the Notre Dame game how I feel about things and we’ll go from there.”

He is planning to take an official visit to Penn State when the Nittany Lions host Nebraska on Nov. 12th. He said he’s also considering officials visits to Arizona State, Cal and Texas A&M among others.

When he told them that we cooled on him because we have only 3 spots left, they instantly turned on him and called him "smug" for simply answering their question. I don't know why he bothers posting over there considering how ****** they treat him.
