Of the three corners, Shepard was the best and most impressive on the field. He's a ball hawk and a threat to take an INT to the other end zone. He also saw some action at safety and looked very solid and comfortable there.

Cousins Tee Shepard and Deontay Greenberry are making a habit of doing a lot of things together. First, they committed to Notre Dame together. Now, the Irish commitments have made dramatic moves up the rankings.

Greenberry has family bragging rights for now. He jumped from No. 209 all the way up to No. 42, but his cousin doesn’t have far to go to overtake him. Shepard jumped from No. 145 to No. 46 in the rankings.

Greenberry and Shepard have demonstrated the rare physicality that can separate a player on the next level. Neither has shied away from competition, putting on some of the most impressive offseason performances that we’ve seen at any position.

More of this please. The services get their initial ratings wrong all the time. They need to be willing to drop and raise guys dramatically in order to provide a more better product.

What has Scout done to impress you? They still seem to be all over the board with their ratings.

Scout is the first one to test the waters. They evaluate kids earlier than the other services. Their commentary/analysis/coverage has been better this year. They're doing a better job of adjusting rankings.

Typically, I have not been a fan of Scout because it seemed like they didn't do a good enough job focusing on how a player develops/changes after their initial assessments. I also still don't like how the top 50 players are 5s.

But in my humble opinion they're putting in more leg work this year and doing a better job of re-evaluating prospects after they give their initial ranks.

Great point, Triple T. He'll basically only miss a semester of football. Maybe he can focus on Coach Longo's workout and nutrition regimen, school, and enjoying his senior year.

Not in my neck of the woods. I know plenty of people who have transferred schools and played their first year at their new school. Of course maybe the transfer was done differently?
