OMM...Sources say Lady Gaga - Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - a Latina, was born in The City. Who's nose is growing now? I called her a prodigy the same day I heard her song "Bad Romance," and posted the video on this site. Was top Youtube video in history until that boy singer came (no pun intended) along.

Lady Gaga (I'm NOT a fan, but a prodigy is a prodigy. Hope she can keep it going...). 354 million views. Goodness. At 3:17 of the video, she does the sign of the cross. I'm NOT a fan. I am NOT a monster...

Yeh, you're right. It was her Mom who was born in Wheeling and raised in Glendale. She still visits her grandma when she gets stressed out. Plus, as a west coaster, you apparently don't know that NYC is "just down the road" from Wheeling.

Heard this one today. Memories came flooding back about possibly the best night of my life. Took a drive at night through a country tree covered road in New Mexico with my beautiful and sweet lady a few years ago. We were dorks. We had the Forest Gump soundtrack on the radio. When this song came on, we sang it loud and stupid to each other.

I think it was the Stahman's farm area near Old Mesilla (Where Billy the Kid was killed) just south of Las Cruces. So much U.S. and Mexico and Spanish history in that area. Geez.

Giant pecan trees all over the place. Magical. We had to pull over and ... ... ...under a bridge within steps of the Rio Grande.

Saw a movie where she was the lead actress. She was so good, and has been nominated for so many awards, but the movie was so heartwrenching, haunting, and weird, I won't watch it again for a while. "Dancer in the Dark"

Don't watch the movie.. Too dark, weird and heartwrenching. I see no purpose for the movie other than to showcase Bjork's imagination into an ugly ending. I would rather watch PG movies...

Your "Burial" track drummer seems quite the athlete, but it didn't get it done for me. I prefer the Fever Ray Zen style video.
