Made it back to my sister's place in Chicago.

1.) Weather made the day in general quite memorable. Glad it held up during the game...least cold ive been while that wet that I can remember.

2.) Great atmosphere in the stadium. My buddy had a blast too. Seemed like everyone embraced the soggyness.

3.) Officiating was truly bad.

4.) ND cant kick the ball. How is this even possible?

5.) Carr did not look good today.

Christian gray can not play. That was one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen at corner. He gave up a pathetic long td with no effort, a 2 point conversion, 2 other chunk passes, 5 other short completions, 3 PIs. He was responsible for about 17 of their points. D besides him was lights out! His pick was even bad coverage but a terrible wet throw.

Carr had a bad game

Wagner is struggling

Kicking operation is terrible. Snapping, holding, and kicking. It’s not that hard. Kick off is terrible. Again, kids on scholarship can’t be that bad. This bad has to be coaching of fundamentals. Maybe too much time spent on exotics.

Great win! Need to improve for final run with at Pitt being huge in a few weeks.

Hope Billy is ok, he was awesome.

No. They went straight to the local new in that area

They played “Hallelujah” in the stadium when USC finally got a penalty on their last drive

You absolutely could hear California Love and Hallelujah coming through the broadcast. It was phenomenal.

I rewatched the game this morning and yeah Riley scripted a great opening drive, but Ash and our D pretty much ate his lunch the rest of the day.

The run defense was incredible and I thought we did a better job of bringing heat. I take back every bad thing I ever said about Bowen in coverage.

It might not be a bad idea to hold open kicking tryouts. Nobody knew Brandon Aubrey was on campus a few years ago. Burnette and Schmidt clearly aren’t it.

Yep. I was worried when they came out slinging those quick passes, but we seemed to lock that down and after the first two drives their offense was mainly penalties and the occasional blown coverage.
