At the beginning of this video he doesn’t do a very good job of setting his feet before he throws.

Kidd was a composite four star and was blowing up before he committed very early to Clemson. Seems like he dropped due to missing his junior year. Even if he’s raw, I think he’s a low 4 star on physical tools alone. Upside is through the roof, which he’s exactly what you wanted between Carr and Grubbs.

Had good hang time too as Beau waited a while for it to come down.

I am not sure how anyone can be mad about this. I have been hard on Freeman and company about the loss and the Riley situation but this was a good snag by them. They moved quickly and quietly and brought in a good QB. Is he great nope but he is the perfect qb you can try to develop while being in this current qb situation with Carr on the team and Grubbs committed like @NDPhilly said. Not only was this a smart move but if was an efficient move. Win win for the good guys in my book.

i agree. hebert has a good arm but needs to work on his accuracy. can ND develop a qb though, up to this point i havnt seen it with this coaching staff.

Seems to be in the middle. This isn't Auburn flipping Knight from us levels of hurt, but they seem to be completely caught off guard and do not have a back up plan.

Caught off guard, but most seem to be okay with it. Has not had a great year against small school competition. Inaccurate

Personally, accuracy is the #1 thing I look for in a QB, so the jury is still out for me. But there is a lot to like.

Injury Junior year really seems like it hurt him in his development as a passer. He's bigger, stronger, and faster but definitely going to need a few years. Bunch of poor decisions for a kid who threw 1 int as a sophomore.

FWIW his team is 5-0 and hasnt scored less than 30 pts a game yet.
