yeah but we see what happened to Reggie Bush and the Heisman. Does it matter if a judge changes it back in ten years because the society became even more woke and ridiculous?

I dont equate an individual award with what amounts to a team achievment like the NC. Would RB have had that season like that if the team didnt cheat? IDK. His season was amazing and Im not sure it was impacted better or worse by getting to ring up Vegas expenses on an agents card.

Well there are some unintentionally funny moments, from what I've read. Dave Portnoy emphatically stating it was Stalions on the CMU sidelines last year cutting to Connor denying it was him. Connor's dad saying he's Rain Man.

I thought the Steve McNair Netflix Untold wasn't very good. Very incomplete.

The Conor Stalions one felt very much the same.

I'm watching it and you know this guy is guilty. He's so obsessed with UM that he's renting out his house and sleeping in his car to get airfare so he can fly to the games while still in the military.

I haven’t seen the Stalions one yet but I thought the same about the McNair episode. I didn’t like how they painted him as such a great guy, hero and player but just had an itch to scratch as one of his friends stated. The dude was married, had kids and was also involved with several women on the side, giving those women money and telling them he was divorcing his wife. Total manipulator. I’m not saying he deserved to be killed but he certainly put himself in a position for bad things to happen. That angle was never really pointed out.

A lot to unpack here, but I'll do what my kids do when we get home from vacation and wait several months. If at all. Seems like the proper thing to do at this juncture.

The absolute scary part was how dedicated and committed he was to that football program before he was even a part of it. Very weird, over the top fanatical stuff. Like he went to the Naval Academy because he researched that so many great coaches served in the military. The guy was completely off from the get go when they talked about his background. Plenty of modern day football coaches didn't have to serve in the military to get where they are now.

The portion I really enjoyed was how the online message board communities all doubled down on either their fandom of Michigan Football or their hatred of it. It basically became two online mobs and one of them was totally in favor of this guy. He became a cult hero. You have to wonder if he had been a fan of any other program would the same result not had happened. Then he winds up having a lawyer who openly hates the NCAA.

I don't think I saw him as a sympathetic figure at any point. I thought it was all very weird to begin with but the back story just makes it weirder. Harbaugh, Michigan Football, everyone gets to move on with life and this guy's future is probably not going to be worth much because he was at the center of this scandal and is gladly taking the fall for it because he's nothing more than an overzealous fan.

I haven't finished it, but he's just trying to sell himself as some guy that just likes scUM FB and did nothing wrong. The best part.......Harbaugh gives him a game ball. Harbaugh has said he doesn't even know who the guy is. lol

I haven't finished the documentary yet, but you can tell there are so many people lying. For instance, Harbaugh saying he had no idea who he was, yet Stallions was given a game ball by coach with his name on it (I know he probably staffed that out, but to say he didn't know him at all is a lie). Also, Stallions claims he did no advanced scouting and just watched game tape and broadcast footage. We already know there's a mountain of evidence he did advanced scouting and recorded it.

I hope they nuke that program.

It won't happen. They didn't nuke Penn State, Miami, UNC, Baylor, the list goes on.

It happened to SMU and they didn't recover for decades. It's never going to happen again.
