I can see not having us in your top 10 or even 15 if you’re a hater. But not ranking Notre Dame in the top 30 suggests to me you like went through a list of P4 conferences and just forgot one of the most popular programs in the sport exists.

This. When looking at his list of teams and conferences, he obviously forgot to look at the independents. Notre Dame is undoubtedly a top-15 preseason team.

Been listening to a few episodes of II'S new recruiting podcast, tracking the trail with Sinclair and Lloyd's replacement, Eric Thomas.
Thomas seems to offer decent insights. If he can leverage his staff/university connections given his background, he may very well be an improvement to Loy.
