Skunkbear Signal Stealing Scandal

How is this dude still on paid leave?

Because if he's fired, there's nothing stopping him from talking to anyone and everyone - including the press and the NCAA.

As a still-active employee of the university, the school is afforded protections (for example, if the NCAA wanted to conduct an interview with him about his activities).

I believe someone at CMU was involved someway, somehow, helping him get on that sideline. Will they admit it if they were, not likely.

So hang on, they are saying the same thing for TV copy of 'Stallions' on the sidelines?

Denial is my favorite part. As to Michigan and this entire debacle....

*Someone* at CMU had to help him be there, but that doesn’t mean the CMU program authorized it or was aware. Could just be a buddy of his who works in some capacity that would have access to a field pass.
The way Stalonis seems to avoid even eye contact with everyone suggests he wasn’t supposed to be there and it wasn’t common knowledge.

Obviously, it’s a distant second place to watching Michigan burn but the humor that has come from this would be worth the time on its own.

GATTACA!

It's about to get gross

I just don't understand why he'd want to be on the sideline if it wasn't some sort of dry run and he was giving CMU MSUs signals. What does he gain? If anything it seems like it would be harder to film the sideline vs being in the stands.

If you've seen the clips circulating online, there are several instances in which this "mystery man" had plays come his way on the sidelines, and those videos show him doing everything he can to hide his face for the cameras.

Edit:

Please, he was looking the the gummi bear he just dropped.

Probably did have help, but I bet they didn't know he was doing an episode of Mission Impossible.
