Feels like I’d be derailing the 2023 D-line conversation…

ha, fair enough. Not that anyone should care, but I’ve reached my max with these threads getting detailed and that was the point I was making. I keep checking back in to the “2023 Transfer QB” thread “(knowing that it’s not likely we get any worthwhile update until next week) just to have more and more posts about our 2023 D-line. Couple that with the umpteen food threads and yea, my bad I guess for the annoyance.
Then don’t read the thread, quit your bitching

I see what you were doing now lol.

I thought you were just prepping us to drop a bomb about Hartman or something.

Don’t read the “2023 Transfer QB” thread to try to get the latest on our potential 2023 Transfer QB? Got it.
I 100% agree I’m bitching and I try not to do it often on here. My bad for that. However, locking in Sam Hartman would be absolutely massive for ND in ‘23 and could honestly be the start of bigger things to come depending on his performance. I don’t have any subs to other ND sites and appreciate all of the solid info and even rumors this site provides.

I thought the 11th hour was biblical parable?
The phrase eleventh hour has a Biblical origin; it comes from a parable in Matthew in which a few last-minute workers, hired long after the others, are paid the same wage. Despite being brought on the job after eleven hours of hard vineyard work, they weren't too late

In any event the use is intended to a negative connotation as it relates to last minute activities.

So if I have a big transfer QB update where should I be putting that information?

I know that passage.
The workers who worked all day complained about the workers who didn’t work getting paid the full wage. The owner of the field basically tells them to be happy with their own wage & not concern themselves with others.
I don’t remember the 11th hour being part of that passage?

Anyone have a great homemade BBQ sauce recipe or maybe some good Keto recipes? Trying to change it up for the new year!

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I wonder if the Hartman decision to "take a week" has to do with ND getting through their bowl game today. And then he will announce a day or so afterward. It could get in a QB's head like Buchner to know a new guy is officially coming.

Off topic, but I never understood the “11th hour?”
That would be between 10:00 to 10:59.
That’s the 11th hour.

I believe the hours to be between 5 and 6. The phrase goes back to Roman times and has to do with the working day not calendar day.

Derailed to talk about the DL and re-derailed to talk about the bible. First time for everything.
