Spicy soppressata is a close second.

But a fun fact for the Cincy Chili historians here: Gold Star officially threw in the towel on the chili wars. They are no longer "Gold Star Chili." They are just "Gold Star."

They still serve chili (which is trash).

But they serve AMAZING hamburgers and gourmet fries. A bacon cheeseburger with a side of garlic parmesan fries from Gold Star would be an acceptable "death row" meal for me.

Also, LaRosa's absolutely is better than Papa Johns, but the menu hack is to ask for the peperoni on top of the cheese... LaRosas's usually bakes it under the cheese for some reason, and it's bad. Much better when it's baked on top and gets crispy.
