The #1 thing that will hurt Daelin is his injury history. Teams are going to be extremely hesitant to draft someone with chronic shoulder injuries, and that's why I think he'll be a late round pick vs mid-round.

I don't think the list ends there. Good for Daelin to show off his coverage ability though, even if it doesn't lead to him covering NFL TEs 1 on 1, its still a useful skill to have.

Nice to see him making a name for himself. Todd McShay was impressed with him. I like him as a 2nd-3rd round pick. I don't know what the Bengals needs are, but would be nice for him to play again with Khalid.

They need a pure edge rusher probably, but a versatile guy like Daelin could always help. Just not sure his versatility as both a pass rusher and a guy that can stand up and cover is necessarily a focus of Lou Anarumo's defense right now*.




*LOL @ Lou Anarumo. Guy is terrible. The only reason he still has a job is because literally no one else with DC experience would come work for Zac Taylor and Mike Brown.
