Ahh... 8 cancelled visits, several different "leaders" and one decommitment had us clueless...

What we should have noticed all along was the 9 visits he made to Georgia...

That's what I found really odd throughout the process. I realize the time between Georgia visit #7 and #8--right in the the thick of fall recruiting--was a really long 4 months. But it seemed like people thought he'd never been to Georgia, or that the Dawgs weren't a major player because he wasn't visiting Athens.

The Nov. 21, 2015 Georgia visit wasn't even mentioned once on here, and IE is usually on top of recruiting. The Alabama visit in November, either.

To add, these are 'ND sources' he spoke to - so could be good/bad since obviously ND will still 'feel they have a chance', but the interesting part is one of these ND sources feels they have a 'better chance than in Feb'.

And on Georgia's side, confidence is growing. All from the same Wlifong post.

Not even close. Hell Aaron Lynch was more entertaining. Anyone remember when he wore an ND shirt to the Army All-American practices? This place was melting down.

You serious? I'd love to see the kid Irish. He'd be a definite flight risk in my mind, but that's a risk that's well worth taking.

Ha, Just making sure, I haven't followed much in the last couple months (can't believe I'm using that time frame in this context) so I wasn't sure if there was something I missed aside from the unusual time frame that potentially made ND fans against the idea of him jumping aboard at this stage...

Either he washes out, we continue watching ND grow in strength under Kelly.

He kills it and becomes the first WR off the board in '19 and we win big because we have another game changer at WR.

And even if he washes out and transfers, with how dramatic and nervous his camp has been in this recruitment, I don't think it even looks bad for the school he transfers from. Clearly there's some leadership and decision issues at hand if you ask me.
