All I know is that it would be great to have this kid and his talents from my favorite city, playing on my favorite team! It would be fun for me as a fan to have him catching passes from Kizer too, who is from my hometown. It has definitely been an interesting recruitment, and I am proud of the staff for putting out all the stops here, but I am also proud of the kid for working hard and chasing after his goals. Hope we land him, but if not, I wish him all the best.

It's so funny, I always feel like asking people on the board, "who hurt you?" But I am a fan of this team too so I already know lol. We'll be alright either way, it would just be fun if he chose us and then lived up to the expectations.

Nothing has changed at all in this recruitment, but half the time this thread is bumped people come out of the woodwork saying that whatever the latest news is is proof that Robertson is not coming to ND.

ND has always been very much 'in this'.
If every other option this kid wants doesn't happen, and he has nowhere else to go but ND, that is when he will choose ND; only when all other options have been exhausted.
Technically, ND has never been out of it.

That's right. I rushed to post the tweet as soon as I saw it without looking closely, and it was already deleted by the time I got back to it. Still, it's encouraging for Kizer to be tweeting something like that on the day his test results came back, no?
Like when Kyler and Johhny were close? No, it's not like he was tagged in the tweet or anything like that. NCCA can dig all they want but can't prove anything
