This is stupid to have thread for the 2017 cycle.

Are you guys serious? The University Middle Cubs is one of many middle school programs we need to start opening doors at if we want to be successful in 2020.

And re: the kid that gets manhandled at the 2:05 mark of the highlight video...I'm pretty confident in saying we just watched the highlight of that kid's athletic career. He's going to be talking about that play with his grand babies on his knee.

I thought of this last week as I met Dylan Moses at his University Lab High School on the LSU campus, the morning of the Tigers' victory over Kent State a few blocks away.

Dylan is 15, a freshman. Class of 2017. He's an LSU fan. He plays on a team with Les Miles' son Manny, the quarterback at University High, and Tiger commits Nicholas Brossette, a running back in the 2015 class, and offensive guard Garrett Brumfield, 102nd in the ESPN 300 for the Class of 2014.

with all the time until signing say 2017 this is more of a "leave me alone" tactic i think. his dad was quoted as saying that they will visit every school that has offered to get a feel for where they can best see him playing and going to school. i would still expect a tough fight for anybody to get him out of LSU. i also see him taking the time necessary to make the right choice with his parents.
