Is it the same knee as last year?
No it isn't
If healthy he should be the starting strong safety next to Resfield next year. This team and his family is cursed with injuries.

Didn't his brother also have a significant injury that affected his recruitment? Wasn't it an ACL?
If so that would make three out of four, torn, between the brothers; could there be a genetic component to this?
Inquiring minds want to know!

We can only hope that this recovery is as successful as last years!
Which brings up a point for discussion; Is a successfully repaired torn ACL, more stable, stronger than the original knee was? Or isn't it that simple?
I would really like to know the chances of a repeat injury and a discussion of the whole issue. Peoria, I am looking at you! And a few others that can find the information or have the specific knowledge.
In my day, and even a bit after, an ACL tear was the kiss of death. You were done, period!
Times have changed! (Again for the better!)
That scream still rings thru my mind
Agreed! It was blood curdling, wasn't it?
Which makes me further wonder : How do you make sense of Tranquill's obvious immediate pain with his injury, with Tarean Folston's look of confusion, more than look of pain, as if he had no idea that he had a significant injury?
Could it be individual anatomical anomalies? More or fewer nerve endings? Other damage, or involvement of other tissue or structures? Degree or injury?
LOL. Maybe this needs a thread.
Actually, a series of "Injury" threads wouldn't be half bad if someone knew what they were doing!
