It's a super-secret poll. You have to enter a cheat-code to access it.

GT 38, ND 28.

GT builds an early lead, and tries to chew clock playing with a cushion the rest of the way. Kizer and Prosise make some things happen to keep up and force GT's offense to work a bit quicker than they want, but ND ultimately runs out of time as the defense can't get enough quick stops.

We are all bummed, Koon gets banned, Wooly tells everyone they're a bunch of babies again, there are two new "Is BK the Answer?" threads, IrishPat tries to sign up again, and Whiskey reveals himself to be Jack Schwarbrick and tells us all that BK secretly has a 15-year contract written in blood that cannot be broken by either side.

The reality is that Kizer will show flashes of the pretty good QB that he will become, that BK adjusts well for him, and that the defense doesn't look like ass, but simply gets beat by a formidable offense. A loss, but a respectable and yet frustrating loss.

Too much of a homer to pick against the Irish.

And ya know what, I don't really care.

Irish 34 - 28

Kizer and offense have a big game but defense struggles to stop that rush attack.

Elliot has pretty much spent the entire year studying how to stop the triple option. If the defense struggles on Saturday, I hope the door doesn't hit him in the ass on his way out.

Boy...I just don't know. Feet to the fire, GT 35-28. Kids are so different from week to week. But that GT offense is freaky good.

I think it basically comes down to whether or not we can get an early lead. Playing from behind against an option team is pertineer impossible.

Here, here. Talk about pressure. GT has a dynamite offense and his one, full time job is to study the option. They invest, what, at least 100K in him this year for 2 game's? It's a weird position, obviously I hope he knocks it out of the park.

I'm scared. I just want to keep it close. Does anyone know how many recruits will be there?

ND gets a few stops and goes up early. GT has to pass to try and stay in the game

37-27 ND wins

The realization hits that ND isn't nearly as bad as this board believes.

O-Line sacks-up and dominates

Procise and Adams combine for 200 on the ground.

The other CJ takes one to the house on a punt return.

The defense figures out how to stop a full-back.

ND wins 28 - 10!!!!!!

If ND had played GTs schedule, they would be 2-0 with NOBODY hurt!!

Injuries don't care who you're playing.

Anyway, I think we win close and low-scoring. 21-17. Defense shows up big and we do just enough on O to come out on top.

As someone who is very familiar with the GT program I wouldn't take much stock in games against Alcorn St. and Tulane. Right now they know their running game is solid as usual. Passing game is an unknown. They don't have a go to receiver like they've had in the past (Thomas, Hill, Smelter). Defensively they are small and lack depth. ND OL should dominate their DL. They have to blitz to generate any pass rush which leaves them vulnerable as the secondary is average in coverage. If ND takes care of the football I can't see them losing this game. I think overall GT was a better team last year.

the virginia game made me nervous, this one scares the crap out of me. Johnson is a great coach and we've struggled with stopping option.

If anyone can get a qb ready to play its Kelly, and some of his greatest victories have come when his back seems to be against the wall.

GT will be the popular pick all week and rightfully so, but ND shows up and we get the W 35-27
