Don't wanna jinx anything but I'm feelin good about this season

Just noticed a few things that got me pumped about this upcoming season.

This season our QB towards the end of the season struggled and now it's possible he will be replaced.
We are coming off an 8-5 season that included a shitty home loss, a loss to FSU, and a loss to USC
This year the Super Bowl was on NBC and the Patriots were in it.
In the offseason there will be an Avengers movie come out.

You may be wondering why any of this matters but the last time all of these things happened the next season we went 12-0! In 2011 we went 8-5 and had many disappointing losses including a WTF loss at home, a loss to FSU, and the condoms. We knew there would be a QB battle in the offseason. The patriots played in the SB on NBC that season and the Avengers had their movie that offseason! If you look at the facts I think we should be in for some big things this season.

I'm just hoping that since after the SB I saw my least favorite football player of all time pretty much solidify himself as the GOAT I'm hoping that sports karma throws me a bone and lets us win this year!

Seriously though, the future is very bright. Skill and depth are finally our friends. Short of another academic tragedy, or catastrophic injury bug again, no reason next year can't be special. And the following years even better.
