Doesn't sound like it. They said he'll go through drills in the spring, but no contact. It would certainly be nice to have him back at safety, provided he stays healthy.

I heard BK say 6'3" in the presser. Not sure why 6'2" was posted on Twitter. I may have heard wrong but I don't think so. I was surprised he didn't say 6'4".

4 teams we play this year had a better recruiting class then us. With that said the staff did a great job holding on to recruits and grabbing a few with the way the season went.

It seems like Kelly was a lot more confident about Russell the he was about williams. That worries me a bit we need him this year.

USC sure did really well today, but we did pretty good too. With the kind of competitors Kelly has been bringing consistently over the past 5 years, I have no problem going against them. The payoff is coming guys. I have faith.

I think we're at 6 in avg. player rating which is a better measure, IMO. Takes quantity out of the equation.

I dunno. I mean, Kiffin was really, really bad, and it was nice going 3-2 against USC under Kelly after nearly a decade of futility with Davies, Willingham, and Weis...but damn, Sark's game against us this year reminded me of the Carroll years. If we stay healthy next year I'm assuming we'll play better against them, but the scary thing is USC is only going to get better going forward now that sanctions are all over and they're going to building.

Comparing our 247 composite this year to past years - our 268 composite score would have ranked 9th the last 3 years.

Think up and down this is Kelly's second best class at ND behind 2013. The 2013-2015 classes have all been really solid. 2012 kinda fucked us.
