Saban may be a lot of things, but negative recruiting isn't his style. I have never read a comment from any recruit that would suggest he does it. Some other SEC schools... highly likely (looking at you Jeremy Pruitt.)

I know the SEC takes a lot of the fire over bag men, but if anyone missed the Colt Lyerla story, he was straight up offered a house to go to Oregon (at which point his mom pulled the plug on going to USC). It has to be happening at some level a lot of places so if a committed kid like this actually follows through with a visit, he has my attention. Hope we can nab Mekhi away from y'all.
