I just bought a ticket (game and airline) for the FSU game and AirBnB'd a place in Tallahassee. Two of the programs I've followed the closest as a college football fan. Going to be awesome!

Another good reason why liquor sales should be allowed at CFB games. It's hard to do an obnoxious tomahawk chop when you're double-fisting Natty Light.

BTW, according to pre-season rankings, the Irish are the only ranked team on FSU's schedule. I really hope we are the spoiler for their season. Honestly, even if the 'Noles go 12-0, I think it's too hard for a team to go back-to-back as champs. I can see FSU falling either in post-season or in the NCG itself. If I had to bet just on the odds, I'd bet against FSU repeating.

That's what worries me. It's not like we'll be a trap game sandwiched in between some really tough games for them. Unless they fall apart early, FSU should roll into this game with a slew of vanquished opponents behind them and all the confidence in the world.

From what I saw of FSU vs OK State I'm feeling better about Notre Dame's chances. I know there's 1st game rust, but FSU didn't look unstoppable. Sure, they have talent, but they also have holes in their game. The 'Noles may get it together and gel by mid-season, but so should the Irish.
