with the same ranking when he committed back in June...It's their composite they are updating. So they must have just recalculated the numbers.

I really think he could surprise some people with his play, I could see him being a rotational guy and get a good number of snaps next year

I thought it was common knowledge at this point that Taylor is out with a big time injury. It was posted in a different thread a while ago and there wasn't much dispute.
Though it's still not clear what actually happened or how long he may be out, right?
Correct (as far as I know). However, I coincidentally listened to the latest ISD podcast today, and they said it appears to be a serious injury.
