I for one am very much in favor of what that description paints in my mind's eye.

As for the cross on the base layer, I would love to see a giant gothic cross on the front of a Shamrock Series jersey sometime in the future. No reason not to full-on embrace our roots... let's go straight medieval! Better yet, wear them as "green jerseys" against the Trojans and call it what it is: a crusade against the infidel!

I honestly don't think they could have handled the SS unis any better...

it gives them an 'in' at the Oregon, new aged, funkadelic table without doing anything at all to the traditional unis that all of the blue hairs will kill themselves over...
