The ONLY thing I'm holding out hope on this tweet is this - humor me, peeps:
IF Hilliard was leaning OSU, I'm wondering if this tweet would have read differently- perhaps something along the lines of "Wherever I go, looking forward to playing with my boys..."
Reason I say this is that OSU is the perceived leader for 2 if not 3 of the kids mentioned in the tweet. If that's the case, and they all talk - which I assume they do - then why would he have to HOPE to be able to convince them to TAG ALONG? I would think there is no convincing to be done. That said, the tweet could be him playing coy and essentially trolling the Iowa and ND fan base. But I don't see him as that kind of person.
However, I also don't see anyway he could have recently decided ND BEFORE coming to II, UNLESS he has known all along and has been trolling pOSU. Which, again, I don't see him as being that kind of person.
With all that said, the only logical answer if that NO ONE leads and that he will be deciding before the yet-to-be-named date in June. Now if THAT'S the case, I don't get why he would put a date on something if he doesn't even know what he wants yet.
I dunno. All I know is I just re-read everything I wrote and I'm officially confused. I feel bad for all you who read it.
