Several of these made me smile. That last one made me crack up.
Other than Stannis's daughter, I don't recall any mention of Greyscale in the Iron Islands. If I recall correctly, it drives madness and is extremely contagious. Here's a theory from /r/asoiaf about how the Iron Islands started as a sort of leper colony for those with Greyscale.
All the things HBO had to "cut for time" and they insert a pointless love story between Grey Worm and Missandei. Why?

No i want it spoiled. From what i have heard Tyrion escapes and goes across the Narrow Sea and joins up with Khaleesi
Jorah is one of my favorite characters so I was sad to see him go. Obviously he comes back but I bet we won't see him again until the latter part of next season.
I'm 95% sure in the book he caves in his skull with his armored hand. He squeezes it with his finger going into his eye socket.
To the stuff about Sansa... I don't think her identity is revealed to anyone at this juncture. I don't think this is a bad deviation though. I don't think her becoming "manipulative" is really a deviation at all, I think it's congruent with her natural evolution and just being shown overtly in the show because you can't have internal dialogue.
WRITE THE FUCKING NOVELS WE WANT YOU TO WRITE
George R.R. Martin Wants to Kill You—Find Out Why - "A Song of Ice and Fire" creator George R.R. Martin started a campaign to help both wolves and people in need. Those who donate have a chance to hang out with GRRM and even get written (and die) i
This is actually pretty cool
