Shaw was supposed to do his in home yesterday but due to the weather he is now planning Thursday or Friday if the weather permits. It would be great if Stanford never got an in home. However, I feel terrible for the people dealing with this weather. Best wishes.

I don't get it. I thought Shaw already did his in-home.

Scout: Stanford was #1 gap closed with the BK in home. Will discuss this week with the family and it all boils down to comfort. Stanford or ND based on this

Guess that means Ole Miss is out for good? A lot of the OM (most old) predictions, on 247 are still up there.

I also like the fact that ND is a lot closer then Stanford is. Makes a last minute plan to attend a game a lot easier.

When it s the other way around, we say "a flight is a flight" and that there is no advantage either way.

If I didnt know better based on other stuff posted here and on twitter, a statement like that would scream GRADES. That he was waiting on some sort of academic acceptance to come through before he could eliminate Ole Miss. Did the news of his acceptance to Stanford come straight from the kid or a source?

Stanford and ND are way ahead due to academics, Ole Miss just isn't completely out of it in general.

Wait, so now Tommy Rees is getting involved in the Alexander recruitment and he goes by the Twitter handle GhostoftheRyman? Weird. #NDMan

Stated distance is a non factor

I get that. Maybe his family can afford to fly to Palo Alto frequently. My point is distance may not be a major factor, but when they sit down and lists the pros and cons and everything else is equal, distance just might come into play. Especially if his family can't afford to fly on a regular basis.
