There are 4-5 different types at lids.com. They aren't the best looking I've seen, but they're cheap. I bought a couple and thought I'd share. They are usually $25.00- $30 .00.
Flat brims? No thank you.
most of the cheap ones are 47 Brand fitted hats (non-flat brim) kind of what I would call "floppy" fitted hats.. my word choice is terrible, but being an idiot, I can't think of a better one

Holy crap, it's too bad they don't have my size. They've got "my" cap in blue for $5.59. I need XL though for my big head. I'd buy 10 of these at that price.

You're free to bend the brim. Example: Major League Baseball's official on-field hats would be so-called "flat brims" but most players wear them like normal human beings, not hoodlums.
Hey! Watch generalizing and stereotyping okay! I ain't no hoodlum, I a gangsta.
Word.
Did I do that right?
Koa Billed Hats and Visors | Hardwood Hat CompanyWhat baseball cap in the history of mankind didn't have a brim that you could shape to your liking??
I guess I'm out of touch seeing as I only wear flat brims.
lol... honestly, I never knew that existed.. but once I typed that, I knew someone would go and find something...

OK, OK, I'm an old fart.
In my youth all baseball caps came with a flat bill (or brim). The "arc" came with wear and effort. Much as one "worked" a new glove with Neatsfoot Oil one "worked" the brim of one's cap with sweat or playing in the rain to arrive at the preferred curve.
"One Size Fits All" is bullshit. I have a small head yet think too much. Or over think the little things. I also have a smaller than usual mouth – which doesn't stop me from rambling and talking a blue streak.
Overcompensation?
The world was once thought to be flat. Now it's known to be round. The same can be the fate of cap's bill/brim.
Maybe I should move to Colorado and toke up a bit. I might then make some semblance of sense to those around me ...

... did that help?
here, this should make you feel better
Nope. Not one bit.
You're talking ocean, seagulls, sunshine and warm breezes to a man facing a little more than 8 hours of daylight and temperatures low enough to freeze vodka.
Piss off, Mr. Rogers.
