I think ND gets between 2-4 before the all star games. Itll just depend on how patient they want to be on some of the big dogs. Plus, there will be some new names pop up, and itll force kids hands and or the staffs hand.

All is well.

Wiltfong posted that ND has big plans for the next pot of gold. Sounds like we should expect something over the top.

Sampson from II indicated last week that ND was going hard after Elam and made the comment "it would show how much next week." Maybe these two things are related.

I'm eagerly awaiting the day when Bogs posts a video recent enough to be in color.

Terrence Alexander - CB out of LA

HC JT Curtis:

“They’ve talked with him by phone,” head coach JT Curtis said of the Irish. “Of course it’s a dead period now. They’d visited with him and the dad.”

“I believe they’re in the process of trying to set up a visit now,” Curtis said. “I have not met with the dad yet, I met with Terrence and he gave me that information. He hasn’t given me the date or if they’ve set a definite time with Notre Dame or not.”

“We don’t do any unofficial or official visits during the season other than the local schools. So our recruiting process is really just kind of getting rolling.”

“He’s a guy that’s competed two state championship track teams,” said Curtis. “He runs extremely well. He’s probably 5-11 and 175, 180 pounds. He’s a true cover-type corner, but is a pretty aggressive player. He’s a good tackler and has good ball skills.

“He’s a good student too. Stanford and Northwestern are two of the schools that he’s shown interest in.”

Apparently the coach of John Curtis Christian High School doesn't really allow visits, other than to local schools, until after the season has ended.

I know he's undersized, but I'd question his speed before I question his ability to stop the run. Doesn't seem like a burner at all.

One of you nerds need to make a thread for this kid. I am too lazy this morning and don't know how to do the map thingy. Reps to whomever does it.

Kid has really a lot of offers, some pretty good ones too. I want to know more.

When you see him coverage, he covers well but doesn't look like a speedster. He almost glides.

But dang… as soon as he gets that first pick in that vid, the dude shoots out like lightning.

Finally… a recruit that is faster than quick!

See my edit below my OP. I actually didn't think he looked that fast. I'm terrible at this though.

I thought the same thing when he is in coverage. But wait for the first pick (fwd to .40 sec). Once he gets the ball in his hand, he has some pretty impressive straight line speed. He is just a glider when in coverage.

At least, that's what I saw.
