Guys they have two scoring drives for no points, it's not like they are getting worked...

Sad part is if this holds both team are DONE... No chance. Drives me crazy. Oregon is done for losing to a Stanford team that opened the season as the number two team, yet watch Bama lose to LSU and drop all of one spot... Insane with anger

They are when it comes to Stanford on offense. Stanford isn't running anything special just lining up and saying, "You can't stop us". And Oregon hasn't been able to, at this point at least.

If Bama loses they're done. LSU isn't in the top 5 like they've been for all the other times.

I assure you, at this point in the year a 1 loss Bama team will not be in the NCG unless literally everyone else in contention drops another game.

(But it won't be LSU that does it... war eagle)

Stanford is absolutely not done. They would need help but if they win out I could definitely see them playing in the championship game. Losses by Alabama to LSU or Auburn, OSU to Michigan or Michigan St., and Baylor to one of 3 tough opponents would likely do it.

The Bama fatigue won't allow a one loss Tide team in. If they don't win out they won't play in the NCG. I think we will have at least two unbeatens left at the end of the year.

Don't give up hope ACamp... at some point the Tide won't rise.

Oregon's D is a huge joke. This team would get unbelievably stomped by someone like Bama. They literally cannot stop the run even putting up to 11 people at the LOS. Just shocking. I saw Utah, Army, Oregon State, etc. all play much better.

On top of that, zero mental toughness. Huge miscues and failures to execute on really big plays.

I honestly think it's because they generally play NO ONE until conference play. This year they at least played Washington fairly early but I think for the most part they roll over people with little/no effort and then when they eventually get punched in the mouth by a good football team they aren't mentally ready for that.

Well UCLA is definitely a quality team, and while Oregon came out flat in the first half they came out swinging in the second. But for the most part you're correct.

This Stanford team is scary. I hope they don't, but it wouldn't surprise me if they ran all over us.

Not looking forward to seeing us play Stanford this year. Hopefully we can at least take care of Pitt and BYU

I really hope Stanford's field holds up till late November. This grass looks like the playing surface of the gods compared to ND's field.

Can't believe Stanford is destroying Oregon like this. I've thought all along the ducks' offense was smoke & mirrors Mickey Mouse bs, but I didn't expect them to get totally shut out.

Alabama would make Oregon look bad, too. The best championship game would be FSU Alabama, no doubt in my mind.

That was cheap as sh*t. Throw that kid out.

It's amazing that a hit to helmet means you're ejected but that crap you get to keep playing.

How far does Oregon drop, assuming the final score is embarassing? I'm guessing they will drop to 8 or 9

To be fair, literally every single team except Washington State played Stanford way tougher than this.

I'm talking Army, Utah, Oregon State, San Jose State, etc. This result is crazy. It says way more to how physically/mentally soft Oregon is on both sides of the ball than anything else. If you can at least quasi defend the run, then Hogan has to win it with his arm and he makes mistakes.

But Oregon can't stop the run AT ALL. And we all knew Stanford had one of the best defenses in the country and this just reinforces what the stats say. They're incredibly disruptive and you cannot make mistakes like Oregon when in position to score.
