Going back on my word is something I never imagined doing and it hurts me to do it but in the end I feel is necessary to do in order to decide what college I want to go to and in the end what path I want to take in life. For many different reasons I am choosing to decommit from USC and re-open recruiting. I am sorry to the people I might let down or hurt in this decision but it is a decision that is crucial for my future athletically, academically, and spiritually. I will not be accepting calls for interviews, quotes etc

Pretty good explanation. Better than decommitting on signing day.

That is a pretty good way to go about a decommitment. I most definitely want him here but in the end it's smart for him to slow the process down and make the right decision for him! Great kid!

Well he's not going to Oregon for spiritual part or academic. Connect the dots I see Oregon being a player here but after he visited ND I think he knows what he wants in a school

Visited yesterday most likely to decommitt IMO. I respect that if he did it to kiffins face instead of calling him or texting him cough cough Erin
