But you assume that everyone else is an idiot, including the coaching staff. You sit on the side and claim to know more and then when Hendrix craps himself, you've got nothing. I'm sure it was Kelly's fault for not prepping him well.

You have been in an internet battle with about 15 people on this site. But you keep thinking that it's everyone else's fault. What is the common variable?

Take a lap.

Glad someone else finally noticed.

Of course, i wouldnt understand it.

Fine I'll bite...

For starters, if you don't understand why someone would attend ND as a school then you should just not post. "Girls" "weather" "things to do" has never ever been a reason for someone to come to ND over your random state school. Yet players always do. Because they choose ND for literally the dozens of other reasons why it's a good place to go. So why even bring that up? Also it's COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT to the game... so double why would you bring that up in reference to viewing the USC game? Makes no sense.

Then you talk about how that "embarrassing" performance would turn off recruits. Are you high? I'm guessing shrooms. Maybe you like to kick it old school with some LSD, but I'm gonna stick with shrooms.

Only a blind person or a total dolt would look at that game and see "embarrassment." If you're a defensive recruit, you just saw ND play one of the most flawless halves of defensive football ever. That doesn't intrigue you? Really? Watching first round talent take over in the second half as a DL wouldn't pique your interest? That USC team scored 38 and 41 in their last two games with 500+ yards in each. But you're going to bring up WSU with Kiffin as the coach and Wittek under center as if that's the only game they played? Really? Come onnnnnn....

And no one is going to be mad about the offense considering it was on pace for 500 yards with Rees at the helm. There is a bonafide reason why it went to hell in the second half. People aren't stupid. They get that. We were on effectively the #3 QB. Why would a recruit give a single sh*t about how the offense performed with a QB that will never throw a pass to them? That, again, makes no sense at all.

Finally... OVs have very little to do with team performance in the actual game. They're mainly about interacting with coaches, seeing how the coaches coach, interacting with players, interacting with other commits, getting a feel for the school, and overall just seeing how much you like the place. Andrew Hendrix being ineffective has no bearing on the academics at Notre Dame... or any other aspect of the school. If you like ND, then you like ND. If you don't, you don't. THE END. The game matters only such that the players/coaches are in a good mood after the game to make the evening fun and up beat, the atmosphere is impressive during the game, and the player can envision themselves suiting up. Outside of the occasional top 10 clash or stunning upset like PSU over Michigan, the game itself rarely has a large effect.

So to summarize... get a freaking clue.

Good points.... but far too serious. We've moved on from fighting.

Now this thread is about liberty, boobies, and cat posts.

I would prefer that we just keep posting cats pics and randomly mention #50 until the boobs are buried deep in this thread. That way, those of us in the know, will always remember that there are secretely hidden Notre Dame boob action in the wonderful USC gameday thread on page 50.

Viva le #50!!!
