Hoped to get his test scores today, didn't happen, so he isn't visiting. I'm sure he'll make it up here unless we tell him no.
wow imagine being a college coach and needing to be in complience with all this crap...wow
I can only assume these departments have a few law grads around, no?

Notre Dame has one lawyer and they receive help from law students every semester too. You can actually check out the bios of the compliance officers online

I hope i am wrong with this but the more his recruitment goes on the more i think he is going to eventually commit to another school. I can imagine this process is starting to frustrate him, and once that happens some people tend to start finding negatives in things they thought they loved. Like i said i hope i am wrong but i can honestly see it playing out that way
Why? If he can't OV to ND because test results aren't back then he can't OV anywhere. This isn't an ND specific issue right now.

I'm not talking about his test scores. I just think the longer this takes its possible he becomes more bitter towards the situation. Thats all i meant by the above statement
All im saying is kids can get bitter even if they know a situation is their fault. Think about when you guys were 18, you were never at fault
I can't see that in this situation though. How many of us were being recruited to play high level D1 football? This kid has a coach that understands the process. His school understands the process. His friends understand the process. Too many people would have to have completely failed for him to blame anybody but himself at this point for not scheduling a test on a Saturday morning. If he had other things more important at the time then that was all on him. That said I hope he is Irish the very second those scores come back.
