To be honest, I've grown tired of the whole "recruiting me the HARDEST" epidemic that seems to be sweeping many recruits and certainly reporters for recruiting services.

I care more about who is recruiting a kid the best.

I get what you guys are saying, but I'd rather him wait it out. He hasn't officially visited yet, and sometimes guys come up here and find out they aren't a good fit. Not that I think that he won't be a good fit, but it never hurts to be sure. He has a spot for sure, so I can see why he is waiting. Besides, if he commits now, then we will be worrying while he takes other official visits which he has said he will do.

I am also nervous because of the last guy we just assumed was part of the class (AQM) isn't even on a roster this year, unless he has got his academics in order and I just haven't read about it.

Has he visited at all? I agree with you on him waiting it out, especially if he's never even been to South Bend (which I think is the case but not 100% sure).

No he's never visited and thats what Wiltfong thinks is holding his family back. According to Wiltfong a month or so ago, he would be Irish if it was up to him but his parents are pretty adamant that they want him to visit first before committing.

I hear what you are saying...if he does an OV and then commits we can feel a lot better about the commitment. However, THIS IS TIGHT END UNIVERSITY! Oh sure, we are known for a few other things but I want to see his name in the verbal side of the ledger SOON!

Would like him to commit while on campus with a lot of other big names. Get the ball rolling and the on visit recruiting.

I heard it the other way. Lautau wants to go to Bama and bring Mama with him. But his parents are adament that he takes his visit to ND first. End of the day, we shall see.
