If the rumors are true, then he's stuck between a rock and hard place. Changing your mind happens all the time in all sports and I don't recall the NCAA granting these unless it's a major hardship. I can't imagine the NCAA releasing him from his LOI.

It's a UCLA post brought to the ND board. Basically it is just a matter of when rather than if in terms of him ending up at UCLA rather than ND. Up to the NCAA when it will happen, as ND is not going to release him.

I am going to guess that that is shorthand for the University of Notre Dame has a signed legal contract with EV and we fully expect to hold him to it until such point that he legally gets out of it.
