We have this weekend to win he and his parents' hearts. If that doesn't do it, then I wish him the best at UNC.

agree....leave it at that.

funny how a few years ago we may have acted differently and said go with your head young man, but with the recent transfers we've seen i agree i'd rather them just do what they want from the get go.

These kids don't always need to be in such a hurry. Sometimes throwing a little time at it helps reslove the issue in a calm and relaxed way.

Pressure and Time. Take your time Elijah, no pressure here.

I loved that movie; even more I loved that story, or was it a novella?

Lol. Hood is a smart kid and is a high character kid. He is nothing like Lynch. I have a feeling ND will be put themselves well in position for his family to see him here for the next 4 years

TP what is going to be the key word this year?

I don't think he is doing a key word this year and I don't blame him. Every time he says something about good news and the recruit ends up not committing or committing somewhere else, half the people on this board call for his head.

It's kinda ridiculous

I actually found him intriguing, and I enjoyed people getting worked up. Most people on here know recruiting better than me, so any advice or tidbits are helpful.

As everyone has said, this weekend will be huge. Hopefully BK shows them the schedule for the next few years and how much we will be down in ACC territory. They will be able to see him play.

He's the only listed visitor for this weekend. I'm sure ND will roll out the red carpet for him and his family.

My view based on the info I've received, for what it's worth. He keeps saying that he wants to stay close to home, but he says it regretfully (my head is telling me different...), like he knows he shouldn't. He's already regretting a decision that he hasn't even made yet. The fact that he's coming to visit with his family($), tells me that he wants to be talked into coming to ND. Coaches just need to take care of business and make sure he knows what kind of opportunity this is.

OR he's just trying to be nice to a fanbase that he was flirting with for 3 months and will actually only be happy if he stays home and around his support system. (nothing wrong with that, but nothing right about it either.)

I just feel like he has always wanted ND. Think about a few months ago when ND was leading and big. ND was still #1 after his visit to Michigan and Ohio State. North Carolina was barely mentioned but then he visited for the Duke-NC basketball game. This is where I think the parents came in and said they wanted him closer to home. I have always felt the kid wanted ND but his parents are not sure.

This weekend we will know.
