Eh

It's a slightly hoppier Budweiser.... Very American pilsner... Little richer and fuller than average...

Gin and Tonic. Using Martin Millers Gin with some fressh squeezed lime juice (6oz of Tonic to 2oz of Gin to start but by the 2nd one it will be 6oz of tonic to 3oz of Gin and by the 3rd it will be 1 to 1).

Had a Leinenkugels Canoe Paddler with my steak dinner. It was just ok, didn't seem to me to have much of any distinct flavor. On the plus side, I noticed that the store had Summer Shandy on the shelf now. This also means that Bell's Oberon is not too far behind!

I finally tried Eagle Rare bourbon tonight. I've heard good stuff about it and it was even better than I expected. Very smooth and flavorful without any harsh bite of other lesser bourbons. The price is right, too, about $30 for a fifth.

But since it is now officially St. Patrick's Day, I'm working on some Harp. Then I'll be doing a variety of Irish whiskey while I pub hop. Slainte!
