No I get it. AA flips = Isaac at ILB. AA doesn't flip = Isaac at OLB/DE

he's very good one of the Top 5 or 6 ILB's IMO but that said I think Alex Anzalone is the 2nd best, behind only Reuben Foster.

The 247 Composite disagrees with you. They have Isaac as #2 and Anzalone as #4. I think there is a significant difference between Reuben Foster and Anzalone. I would be happy as hell to keep Anzalone, get Isaac or get both.

sounds like a really great kid. Stanford is lucky to have him.

You're very right

I really like this kid and hope we get him and we don't miss out. The last Hawaiian player I really wanted to see in a gold helmet ended up at Boise.....I hope this works out different.

^^Same here. I thought he looked real good against Michigan State the other day.

I guess I'm out of it, I didn't realize he was a Stanford commit.

verbals that take visits are usually changed to soft

agree 100%, but i've drawn friendly fire on here in the past for sharing a similar view.

imo if those boys from USC are taking visits they are a soft verbal...AA likewise

Sorry but that's just not correct.

Isaac Savaiinaea is there #2 and ranked #2 in there composite rankings as well with #79 and #87 overall ranking.

The #4 ILB in there composite rankings is EJ Levenberry though 247 themselves see him as #232 and #13 ILB

Alex Anzalone isn't listed as a ILB in the 24/7 rankings he's listed as the #4 OLB and because they've yet to do the composite rankings for the OLB everyone is currently listed as they are in there own 24/7 rankings.

Even though they don't list him as an ILB, 24/7 does rate AA higher than Isaac with a #43 to Isaac's #79.

Don't get me wrong I'm actually very high on Isaac Savaiinaea and think he's the #3 best ILB in this class.

Reuben Foster who is clearly in a class by himself but the the next best IMO is AA.

My comments a few posts back on him being one of the top 5 of 6 ILB is because I think after those first 5 or 6, there is a huge fall off. Actually went back and took another look and I should have said a Top 7 rather than 5 or 6 before the falloff and this is how I would rank them.

1. Reuben Foster
2. Alex Anzalone
3. Isaac Savaiinaea
4. Chans Cox
5. Trey Johnson
6. EJ Levenberry
7. Tim Kimbrough

I like your list. I would flip Isaac and AA just based on Isaac's tenacity. Or I think you could have them 2A and 2B. I like Trey Johnson ahead of Cox at 4. JMHO.

Tho, I share your view on that Rueben Foster is the best ILB in the country, I did watch a game of his on espn the other night and wasn't overly impressed. Now its only one game but he didn't move laterally very well and as a middle lineback her didn't seem to impact the middle of the field they way I thought he would have.

R. Foster is Mike Mamula.

I respect your opinion but your wrong. j/k

I like Deeb but my god if they could get Isaac without losing AA to have these 2 guys at the "will" and the "mike".

-DARY!!!

Plus Jaylon and Randolph ... it would be a frighteningly good linebacker corps. I'm drooling.

If we land Muhammad (which seems highly likely), keep AA, and flip Isaac, do you realize that we would have 7 LBs in this class (5 would be highly rated)
