If a kid is coming it is because he is interested. You are not going to say no to a talent like Redfield. You take advantage and hope something clicks or sticks. With that said, its a long shot, but worth a shot.

Kind of a contradiction here though, no? If he is playing the recruiting game very well and messing with reporters, than it would lead one to believe that he already has an idea (general or specific) about where he is going to go or not go. If he truly is changing his mind constantly and will only decide based on who he likes most on NSD, then he is not really playing the game, is he? Then he is just one confused and overwelmed young man.

His rationale for not official-ing, according to something I read on 247 a few weeks ago, was that he has already visited and doesn't feel he needs to see ND again to make a decision. We know he was here for several days with a lot of other commits over the summer and that he loved the visit; maybe that's enough. Anyway, I guess I buy that and I don't think if he doesn't official it means he isn't interested.

Of course, I hope he does visit again so we have another chance to convince him to pick us. Just saying ...
