So don't quote me and I'm not trying to cause an uproar but I saw on a blue and gold 247 board that we should watch and see if he shows up for camp. Like I said I'm not positive.

This is not going to happen. I hate to say that, but it is not. I am 100% confident that it won't. Time to move on, best of luck to Tee

I have it from a source directly involved (Tee) that the coaching staff will not take his calls. I then asked another very good source if there is a possibility of the staff changing their mind or just being too busy to answer and I was essentially told no shot in hell... Tee is working hard trying to work with the coaches, but as someone said to me "Tee at Notre Dame is like trying to fit a square beg into a circular hole"

For the record I was on the Chatsports account trying to get a legit answer to see if this thing had any wheels and maybe write an article on it. I did not contact him on my personal accord, that would be creepy. I did it as a member of the "media"

I want nothing more than for you to have to have a second helping of crow but I feel like you are right. Hopefully Tee can make his way back and help ND out someday.

That's too bad. Hope he finds his spot.

It was through direct messaging on twitter NDPhilly.

I'm not claiming to be an insider.

The only way I see Tee coming back is us striking out at corner and being desperate for LJ Moore, and LJ saying he will only come if we work with Tee. Don't think thats going to happen, as LJ has gone on record saying it doesnt matter about Tee and ND in his decision.

I don't know how to say this politely but this "statement" has a credibility problem. The coaches may get an athlete into Alabama or Auburn but they don't at ND. If he was enrolled at ND and left for any academic reason he needs to be dealing with Admissions to get re-admitted. If it was a medical issue he needs ND Medical clearance. This twitter/message board soap opera nonsense sounds like deja vu of his HS Senior Year (half year).

Four schools in less than a year (and only 4 months of classroom time in that same period) is a red flag to any reputable admissions office. And it would still be a barrier at ND if every DB on the team quit school tomorrow.

The last reputable report was from the Head Coach at COS (see his contact info in my previous post).

Cierre Wood transferring to College of the Sequoias is as likely as Tee Shepard coming back to ND.

**by the way cierre is not transferring for those who 'could' take that the wrong way somehow.

I don't understand why Tee might not try to use the coaches as a starting point. That's certainly how the recruiting process works ... players contact coaches and then admissions gets involved later. Tee may not understand that he is past that point. The info seems plausible to me; I don't see a credibility problem. If what you are saying, though, is that this tells us very little about Tee's chances of getting back into ND, then I don't disagree.

I stopped reading this post before our vacation, around the middle of the month. I just caught up on it. Reading it again I can only describe along the lines of being drawn to a traffic accident. Now that I am done I think I will go take a shower.

Staff, What Is Up with Tee????

I'm going to post this link but like I said previously its not confirmed or a very reliable source. I also found it on a 247 board and I'm not trying to get in trouble by stealing other info. I also trust TP more than my info. I was just letting everyone know what I saw yesterday

Synopsis of the 247 link?

It's just posters speculating based on Tee's tweets. There's no info, unless I missed something, and no staff posts confirming or disconfirming anything.

Some of the posters think the silence means something's happening ("When Sapp is quiet, something's in the works!"). But in other threads Sapp has expressed doubt that Tee will come back; he keeps saying it would be a "long road" and apparently he has not heard that it is anything the parties are mutually trying to work out. I don't see any reason for optimism, especially if Tee himself told DomeLover that the coaches won't take his calls. That suggests to me that they know he has no chance of being readmitted.

Go back to square one and boil it down to it's simplest terms. After you do that, I think you'll decide this is a just a rumor and nothing is going to come out of this.

Like they say, "Nothing to see here folks, move along".

Rumor it is not. It has been confirmed several times that Tee is in fact in the works of trying to coming back. Now, as far as it happening? Doubt it. Hope, but doubt it. However, since NONE of us really know what Tee would need to do to get back in, you just never know.

Considering it had been 18 hours with no posts in this thread, I think we all had finally moved on, but now seeing this thread at the top again makes me want to talk about it all over again.

But what we do know is that the coaching staff is not interested in Tee coming back, therefore he will not be back on the ND football team barring an extreme change of heart from BK. He is not in the works of trying to come back. He has the idea to come back, nothing has been set into motion. There is no process of him trying to come back in the works

There is one circumstance I see Tee coming back to ND in.

Let's say ND strikes out at CB this cycle.

LJ Moore has already decided he would like to go to Notre Dame

He decides to use his leverage to say he will go elsewhere if the coaches do not take Tee.

I dont think Coach Kelly would be backed into a corner by a recruit, and we'd then miss on LJ and Tee.

I highly doubt Kelly has a say in whether or not Tee gets to be at ND.

He gets a say in whether hes on the team.

I was operating under the assumption that his academics are in order

It was confirmed that Tee was trying to get back, just had to "Finish some things up in the classroom first, and was confident he would get that done." Is it possible the coaches won't bother with it until Tee has completed these "things" and talks with admissions first?

I doubt he comes back but the only thing that has been somewhat official is him trying to get back and people close saying it is a long shot. I get that the coaches are not answering his calls as well, but all it takes is BK saying, "Hello?"

I am hanging on to about 3% hope here. I haven't shut the door completely lol.
