Guy that covers his highschools/Tampas recruiting knows his stuff, hasn't been wrong so far whereas Newberg from 247 said early summer
Something about Timmy Jernigan transferring to ND....A man can wish.Damnt can't see it.
Actually been trying to post this for the last couple days but I kept getting server errors. Huge pick up for the Noles. Not sure how/if it will effect Green's recruitment, but Yearby ran for 2160yds and 24 tds as a sophomore in what is arguably the toughest high school competition in the nation, FLA 6A big boy football. He plays for Miami Central.
When I was talking to a die hard FSU buddy, he said, "Hope you guys enjoy Green."
“@joshnewberg247: #FSU Recruiting Scoop: Recruiting Scoop: 5/10 Find out why Ryan Green called FSU after hearing of the Joseph Yearby commitment.”
Any closet FSU fans w/ access?
All it shows is his level of interest in FSU.
A RB for the '14 cycle won't keep them from taking a RB this cycle.
nipping at his heels, especially with Freeman, Wilder and Pender running the ball ahead of him.I never doubted that FSU would take Green. If it has any effect at all it will effect Ryan in that he may not want a potential 5nipping at his heels, especially with Freeman, Wilder and Pender running the ball ahead of him.
Not saying it will play out like that, or that he fears the competition, just throwing it out there.
Well I remember the last recruit i saw getting that poster....
Did they do the same for Davonte Neal?
Freebie from Inside the Irish. Really hope Ryan goes Irish.
On tape, Green is a dynamic prospect, comparing favorably to one-time Irish target Keith Marshall, who ended up picking Georgia after visiting Notre Dame. Green is the shorter and more explosive of the two running backs, and his ability to catch the ball in space and home-run speed play into what the Irish are looking for, especially with big back Will Mahone set to enroll this summer.
Green had the Irish pegged his number one school after visiting this spring, and while Florida State has forced its way into the conversation, the Irish still have as good of a chance as any. Bringing in KeiVarae Russell, Mahone and Amir Carlisle last year helps the Irish be more selective this cycle. But with Isaac’s decision to head to Southern California, the top of the Irish board just narrowed itself down.
With Ty Isaac to USC, RB focus stays on Ryan Green | Inside the Irish
That's it. Title change coming.
I really hope Green gets up to South Bend this summer....and brings Travis Johnson too
GA III was a high school rb though. He is playing his natural position.
