Ideally, one of the top 3 Qb's is available at pick 33. As of today, if I'm the Browns, I take that approach.

I'll tell you what, it's not my dream draft... but if the Browns get all that in the first 145 picks I'd be super happy.....

WTF, what kind of dream draft do you envision? One rooted in reality? Or do you mean, "I want picks 1-32 of the first round for my team"?

That draft would be redonk.

Wanted OL, but this draft isn't strong for OL. Boom or bust draft, several players with off the field problems.

That would be a surprise for ND. Did you use the Fanspeak rankings? I think they're horrible, I find Matt Miller or CBS better myself

Haha, I know, not too realistic but there is a dream draft where Cleveland gets one of the top safeties, Adams or Hooker... and just about everything else listed...

Baker is a top secondary player. Maybe not the top 1-2 safeties but he is going to be a stellar pickup. Whether it's nickel or CB (not sure if he's big enough for safety in the league).

That draft has Cleveland picking up top5 players at 4 positions. If any team makes out that well, they are completely changing the face of their franchise.

Now I have no doubt Cleveland will find a way to screw it up but still.

There are two players that I am picking to be steals in this draft and they are Budda Baker (just cuz I think he'll be picked later than he deserves. Top talent) and Ben Boulware, who is a tremendously well coached player with leadership skill through the roof. Totally see Boulware as one of those dude that plays 15 years in the league.

The draft is just 9 days away and the more I try to predict who my team will pick, the more confused I get. After watching the 2016 season, these are the 3 biggest takeaways I got from watching:

-We need another corner to pair with Burns. He had a really good rookie season. Cockrell is decent, but I'd love to add another young, potential lockdown corner to this young defense.

-We need to add another pass rusher. Dupree had a great send half of the season and came on in the playoffs. But our sack leader was a 38 year old James Harrison. We have to find a replacement now.

-Tom Brady needs to retire asap. He alone is the reason why they are putting a larger emphasis on press man this offseason. You can't beat him playing 7 yards off the LOS. This is another reason why I want another young CB that can play press man along with Artie.

With that being said, I did a 5 rounder this morning:

Round 1: Tre'davious White, CB from LSU

Cornerback is DEEP this draft (so are pass rushers). I really like White, King, and Owuzie. I'd be happy with any of the three. Tre White is a corner that I liked last year as well but he decided to stay at LSU for another year. He's athletic, plays the ball well, and isn't afraid to make a tackle. I'd love a Burns/White duo.

Round 2: Tarell Basham, OLB/DE from Ohio

Whoever the Steelers draft for an edge rusher, he will have the benefit/privilege to learn from James Harrison and Bud Dupree. Basham is a good sized kid (6'4", 250 pounds), had 11.5 sacks last season, and looked like a leader on their defense. I see him being a backup in his rookie season and becoming the full time starter when Harrison decides to hang it up for good.

Round 3: Marcus Maye, S from Florida

Very physical safety. He's probably best playing around the LOS, but he showed the ability to make a play on the ball in the air. Safety is another deep position in this draft; teams could draft a safety that has the ability to be a starter in probably the first 3-4 rounds. Maye would add to the massive youth movement on this defense. The entire secondary could be younger than 25 if Maye replaces Mike Mitchell when his contract is up.

Round 3: Kareem Hunt, RB from Toledo

DeAngelo Williams was the oldest running back in the NFL last season. Pittsburgh needs to draft a backup for LeVeon Bell. Bell has, by far, the most patience of the NFL running backs; but what Bell special is his tremendous hands out of the backfield. He is damn near just as good at catching the ball as most receivers in the NFL. It will be almost impossible to find a backup running back that can match his production and ability. But Hunt was very productive in college (3 seasons of double digit touchdowns and over 3,000 career rushing yards). He would be a tremendous backup to Bell.

Round 4: Amara Darboh, WR from Michigan

We gave the defense some future starters in the first 3 rounds, now we're gonna give Big Ben some new toys to play with. With the departure of Markus Wheaton and uncertainty of Martavis Bryant, they need to draft a receiver. Darboh was pretty productive at UM. He's a big body and could thrive in an offense with Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant. Pittsburgh has struck gold in drafting late round receivers, lets hope Darboh is another gold mine.

Round 5: Bucky Hodges, TE from Virginia Tech

I really want Pittsburgh to find a dangerous receiving TE. We thought Green was going to be that guy but he can't stay healthy. Hodges would be a matchup nightmare in the redzone as he stands at 6'7", 245 pounds. Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant, or Bucky Hodges: which one do you want to kill your secondary?

The draft really needs to start lol

Bengals 7-round Mock:

1st Round, Pick 12: CB Denzel Ward, Ohio State
- Adding Ward to go alongside the breakout star William Jackson III immediately gives the Bengals one of the best CB tandems in the league. Need an OT or LB more, but the Bengals didn't want to reach for an OT and they don't take LB's in round 1, so they go "best available." The Bengals finally have two guys capable of going toe-to-toe with Antonio Brown, which you need if you want to hold the Steelers down for an entire game.

2nd Round, Pick 14: LB Malik Jefferson, Texas
- Still early for the Bengals to draft a LB, but this was a "best available" pick. Pairing Jefferson with Vontez Burfict is perfect for taking on AFC North offenses.

3rd Round, Pick 13: OT Orlando Brown, Oklahoma
- Brown had a miserable combine and fell wayyyyy down the draft board... but he's still a stud at OT, and the Bengals are thrilled that his stock dropped so far. He can plug-and-play at LT, allowing incumbent LT Oubeghi to slide to RT, effectively upgrading two OL positions with one pick.

3rd Round, Pick 36: C Frank Ragnow, Arkansas
- Another plug-and-play starter, an upgrade over incumbent Russell Bodine. The third round could not have been more perfect for Cincy.

4th Round, Pick 12: DL Breeland Speaks, Ole Miss
- Immediate upgrade in the DT depth rotation over the aging Pat Sims. Key piece added in the fourth round that is needed to spell the gargantuan (and easily gassed) Andrew Billings, who plays next to Geno Atkins.

5th Round, Pick 14: LB Shaquem Griffin, UCF
- No way he lasts this long, right? The darling of the combine still slides to the fifth round because execs are prejudiced against dudes with one hand... and the Bengals are again delighted. The LB corps has a new third-down specialist, and potential future 3-down player to go along with Burfict and Jefferson.

5th Round, Pick 33: RB Kalen Ballage, Arizona State
- Another "Best Available" pick, and a really nice backup piece to go with Joe Mixon in a tough AFC North, where you need two *dudes* to run against tough Ravens and Steelers defenses. Allows the Bengals to trade Gio Bernard to the Patriots for future draft picks, because of course Bernard will end up in NE.

6th Round, Pick 13: S Damon Webb, Ohio State
- Much-needed safety depth in the sixth (!) round, and a guy that can be a starter in 3 years when both of the club's starting safeties have expired contracts. Key special teams piece until then.

Round 7, Pick 31: OT David Bright, Stanford
- If you're going to take a late flier on an OT on the slim chance the guy might have the goods, you can do worse than taking that flier on a Stanford guy.

Round 7, Pick 34: OG KJ Malone, LSU
- Another late flier to try and beef up the OL depth. If it works out, great. If not, no harm done.

Round 7, Pick 35: WR Jester Weah, Pitt
- Weah actually has great straight-line speed at 6'4", so if he picks up the offense and can somehow stick around on the roster, that means you got a steal.

I believe Holton Hill has a ton of upside and could even entertain a position switch to safety. Many think Wynn could play G or C, so he offers some flexibility as does Bo.

Would be an incredible haul if they pulled this off.

Prior to Barkley going HAM at the combine, this is where/how I would've went about looking for a RB. Not sure you can do that anymore. If you are in the top 5 and need an RB, going to be hard to turn that beast down.

I think Barkley is a very risky pick and doesn't provide the value needed to take in the top 5. He better produce 25-30% higher than non-lottery RBs taken in the 2nd/3rd rounds to be worth it.
