Loghan Thomas is probably committing to ND soon. Don’t know if he already did?

The “get your popcorn ready” would have to be Loghan Thomas, Lambert or flipping Beasley if it truly is a big deal & happening this weekend.

I can't see it being Lambert without a visit.

But Thomas or Beasley would be HUGE. Both are tippy top of the board guys.

Not sure why everyone continues to get sucked into 247’s nonsense. All this hype and it was a single 3 star.

Jason Robinson had tweeted out that an announcement was coming…
Then he put out his top 10.

I wonder if that is a sign ND isn’t pushing hard for him? He was close to committing a few weeks back, but now it seems like he is starting from the beginning again?
Like him more than the two we recently got

You like Robinson more than Canion and Gilbert?
Canion will end up a high 4 Star now that people are seeing his testing numbers & see he shouldn’t be playing 4 different positions in HS. Kid is going to be great.
Gilbert had the best hands off any of them, including Cam Williams.
Robinson is a distant third for me in that group. If they pass, which they might, I won’t be upset.

After hearing his ht/wt measurements, i have serious doubts around Robinson's ability to hold up on that level without being injury prone... kid's south of a buck fifty and quick.... but not the lighting quick/ fast you NEED to be at that size in order to avoid being destroyed by a much larger, violent human.

And from all accounts, Freeman runs his practices on the more physical end of the spectrum. He'd need to grow, which certainly is possible heading into senior year.

More than Gilbert yes, I do see the high potential in canion he just is as raw as you can be.

I just think we need some speed/quickness at wr, we still haven’t had a good slot wr in forever.

O’Malley made a good point a few weeks ago on the II pod. Stuckey is taking the NFL approach with his receivers. Meaning that they all can play multiple WR positions. A 5’9”, 170 pound receiver is pretty limited on the positions he can play at WR.

I hope he keeps stock piling those 6’2”, 215 pound bully slots.

We’ll see how it works because Thomas and greathouse are the physical slots you speak of. I like both of them, but prefer one of 3 staring wrs to have game changing quicks and or speed.

Logan Thomas sounds like he is visiting again before his official in June wouldn’t be surprised if he pops soon

I think Finke, Thomas, and to a lesser extent Davis prove that you don’t need to have electric speed to be a productive slot. It’s great to have a Will Fuller type there, but the other 3 guys could play all receiver positions competently. Compared to Michael Young/Keys who never saw the field due to one dimensionality

Not sure why this is still difficult. 247 is nothing but clickbait and we are like moths to a flame.

True, but ISD is actually the one who got everyone excited with the title “get your popcorn ready”.

Even if they do get carter after yesterday, IMO that doesn’t want me to go butter some popcorn up.

I don’t think the 3 you mention were very good, heck finke probably has the best season of them so far

With that said, I do expect Thomas to become good and have a very good year but not sure if he’s at slot. Wouldn’t be shocked if they move him outside because colzie isn’t very good and greathouse takes slot some

Fuller wasn’t slot. We really haven’t utilized a slot wr the way you typically would much. We’ve always had stud te. Would love to have a player like downs(obviously everyone would), a true slot.
