It’s weird how people don’t want to admit ND is doing NIL well.Top safety available beating out a bunch of NIL heavy hitters has a pretty significant implication for how ND has tailored their approach as well.

Dante Moore, Peyton Bowen, Keon Keeley. I don't think it's weird at all. If we had a NIL to match others taking it seriously, Freeman would have signed a championship contending class in year 1.It’s weird how people don’t want to admit ND is doing NIL well.
We do NIL fine with grad transfers (Hartman) and current players. It’s the recruits part of NIL that we need to figure out, if we’re ever going to “close the gap.”It’s weird how people don’t want to admit ND is doing NIL well.
Nope. They do NIL well with current players. I’d rather take care of the Michael Mayer’s than throw money at the Keeley’s and Bowen’s.Dante Moore, Peyton Bowen, Keon Keeley. They’re using NIL how it is intended and doing it well. I have a feeling at some point it’s going to swing in ND’s directionWe do NIL fine with grad transfers (Hartman) and current players. It’s the recruits part of NIL that we need to figure out, if we’re ever going to “close the gap.”
On that note, does anyone know if Carter is in fact a grad transfer? Or is he still undergrad? If it’s the latter and we land him, that might signal even bigger changes in how we do things than the NIL part.
I hope you’re right. But it sucks to finally hire a coach who is a great recruiter and watch us lose out on guys like Keeley (and who knows who else) because we’re basically the only ones who feel compelled to play by what passes for “the rules.”They’re using NIL how it is intended and doing it well. Don’t you think at some point the people putting money into the Oregon’s, Miami’s, etc aren’t gonna wonder why they aren’t winning national championships, conference championships, etc?. How many players are gonna get fucked over and transfer? I’m just saying, at some point it seems like something is going to swingI hope you’re right. This… Paige Edwards (maybe)Dante Moore, Peyton Bowen, Keon Keeley. I don't think it's weird at all. If we had a NIL to match others taking it seriously, Freeman would have signed a championship contending class in year 1.
They have Cam Williams and CJ Carr committed, obviously it’s still a ways to go, but eventually the “you’ll be taken care of when you get on campus” is gonna start to win out especially if it’s being followed through with.I agree with you an extent but you’re also not gonna have many Michael Mayers if they don’t/haven’t adjusted their approach
Sure. But at the same time, it wouldn’t shock me of any if them transferred after year 1Dante Moore, Peyton Bowen, Keon Keeley. I don't think it's weird at all. If we had a NIL to match others taking it seriously, Freeman would have signed a championship contending class in year 1.
you would think that and yet go back and look at who we were projecting as real options or likely for this 2024 class and look at who we talk about now. I am more in agreement with you than not, but it’s also clearly a bitchDon’t you think at some point the people putting money into the Oregon’s, Miami’s, etc aren’t gonna wonder why they aren’t winning national championships, conference championships, etc?. Each one of these fall in a different category:Dante Moore, Peyton Bowen, Keon Keeley. I don't think it's weird at all. If we had a NIL to match others taking it seriously, Freeman would have signed a championship contending class in year 1.
Dude can’t make up his mind I see! They have CJ Williams and CJ Carr committed, obviously it’s still a ways to go, but eventually the “you’ll be taken care of when you get on campus” is gonna start to win out especially if it’s being followed through with.
🍿. just butterless with no salt and a little burntIsd with a bodie calhoun prediction
When’s Carter announcingI think both things can be true.
Everything is better in the Freeman era. The hype is part of the gig.
Carter is a big addition to the roster not just for this year but next.
Fixed. Lol.It’s weird how people don’t want to admit ND is doing well.
When’s Carter announcing
Count to 420 seconds
247 mentioned ND leading tooIsd with a bodie calhoun prediction
It’s cooler if you don’t point it out yourself, haha 😂This was accurate, btw
And funny a few weeks ago they didnt consider ND a real option when talking vypwr candidatesI forgot to mention it before, but IB always leaks things if you pay attention to their conversations.
Last week they were talking about where ND is recruiting hard, then talked about Texas.
They ran down Texas commits before Freeman & since hiring him as DC.
As they were talking numbers, they just threw out there ND already had one in the class (Moore) & there would be another in the coming weeks.
You could tell from the conversation they were talking about Loghan Thomas.
With Lambert, Brix & Prescod all being on campus at the same time, OL recruiting will be wrapped up that weekend.I could see Guerby Lambert popping after his OV in June.
If all 3 want in you take all 3 let the numbers work themselves out especially with OTT most likely gone after this year and then transfer and Blake Fisher could always leave earlyWith Lambert, Brix & Prescod all being on campus at the same time, OL recruiting will be wrapped up that weekend.
Ever who commits first between Brix & Prescod and wait as long as needed for Lanbert.
But Brix or Prescod will definitely commit, because ND is bringing them all in together on purpose to force their hand. If Brix or Prescod leave uncommitted, their spot is gone.
Yeah, my popcorn is ready and starting to get stale…Is there still one more commit announcement expected this weekend?
